Your overseas flight takes you directly to OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. Here you will connect to Cape Town airport where you will be met by your Mafigeni Safari guide and depart on your exciting adventure.
Visit the world renowned V&A Waterfront, Cape Winelands, Kruger National Park, Tribal Villages to gain insight into the local culture, Wildlife centres where you can get up close and personal with our animal species, bargain for curios en-route and take a walk in the wilds for a personal Bushveld experience.

Day 1: Arrive in Johannesburg, clear customs and connect to Cape Town. Your safari guide will meet you after the baggage claim area and transfer you to the guest house/hotel. Overnight Cape Town.
Explore the Cape Peninsula, which includes the historic Bo-Kaap, Penguins at Boulders beach & the tempestuous Cape Point. No visit to the Cape would be complete without a drive along the spectacular Chapman’s
Day 2: Peak , as you head back to your hotel. Weather permitting, enjoy a trip up Table mountain (additional cost to guest). Overnight Cape Town. Today enjoy the scenic wine route to
Day 3: Franschoek via Stellenbosch. Enjoy wine tastings, watch the theatrical Duck Parade, be creative as you master the art of blending your own signature Wine, Olive Oil, Tea or Coffee and savour the beautiful scenery that surrounds the Cape Vineyards. This is a spectacular day in the Winelands! Overnight Cape Town.
Day 4: Transfer to Cape Town airport and fly to Hoedspruit. Transfer to the Mafigeni Safari Lodge. Afternoon at leisure or enjoy a guided game walk/drive/ride on this private reserve.
Day 5:Your first day in the Lowveld! This morning participate in an African Wildlife orientation tour at the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre, followed by a tranquil cruise on the Swadini dam to view one of only 5 Tufa waterfalls in the world. Overnight at Mafigeni.
Day 6: Get your binoculars and camera ready! Travel to Kruger Park and enjoy a full day of superb game viewing in the Park. This evening option of accompanying a Park Ranger on a Sunset Drive in the Park (additional cost to guest). Overnight in Kruger National Park.
Day 7: Another magnificent day of game viewing in the Park, as you make your way out of the park just before dark. Overnight at Mafigeni.
Day 8:This morning, you will enjoy a nature walk in a Big 5 private reserve accompanied by
cheetah. After the nature walk, enjoy a scrumptious breakfast, before heading to Nyani Tribal Village for an insight on local cultural. Overnight at Mafigeni.
Day 9: After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive along the Blyde River Canyon and view the Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window, Graskop and various waterfalls as you wind your way along the 3rd largest canyon in the world. Overnight Mafigeni.
Day 10: Sadly, you have reached the end of your safari. Transfer to the Hoedspruit airport and connect to Johannesburg before boarding your International flight back to the USA.
All safari prices are quoted on a per person sharing basis.
A single supplement fee is charged for guests travelling solo.
